On Tuesday, 13 January 2026, TealHelix will participate in a webinar organized by the CUES EU Project, focused on understanding what shapes sustainable consumer behaviour. Through diverse perspectives, the session will explore key drivers of consumer behaviour and how evidence-based insights can support Europe’s transition to more sustainable and responsible consumption patterns.
As part of the programme, our partners from Universität St. Gallen will present on behalf of TealHelix. The presentation, titled “Mapping Food Sustainability Conversations: Textual and Visual Patterns Across Social Media”, shares key findings from a large-scale social media analysis (Task 2.4), showing how external drivers, personal motivations, and existing labelling systems shape consumer behaviour in online media environments.
This cross-project webinar brings together eight EU-funded projects working at the forefront of sustainable consumption. Each project will share key outcomes, insights, and practical lessons on what drives and enables consumers to make more sustainable choices.
