From 15–18 June, the International Conference on Environmental Psychology (ICEP 2025) took place in Vilnius, bringing together experts across disciplines to address the theme “Addressing environmental crisis in the face of geopolitical challenges.”
We were pleased to see our partner from CBS – Copenhagen Business School, Giulia Priolo present the Framework for Information Needs for Dietary Sustainability (FINDS), co-developed with Jan Bauer, as part of the TealHelix project.
The FINDS framework explores the role that information needs play in consumers’ decision-making processes when selecting sustainable food in supermarkets. By better understanding how people seek, interpret, and act on information, the framework contributes to TealHelix’s broader mission: to empower consumers across Europe through smart, personalised, and inclusive approaches to food sustainability.
Giulia’s presentation sparked engaging discussions around consumer behaviour and sustainability labelling, key areas TealHelix is navigating through interdisciplinary research and practical innovation.
