On 2 December 2025, the THEROS project will hold its Final Event at the Amalia Hotel in Athens, with the option to join online. The event will present how THEROS has advanced transparency and trust in organic food supply chains and Geographical Indication (GI) products across Europe.

Partners will share practical tools, case studies, and policy insights covering key topics such as traceability, authenticity, and data-sharing, offering valuable perspectives for producers, certifiers, retailers, and consumers.

The event will include presentations of project results and pilot demonstrations, panel discussions with stakeholders, a live Q&A, and opportunities for networking both on-site and online.
